Position: Director, Business Solutions Directorate

Job Summary: The job holder is responsible for driving end to end solutions throughout AB. Works closely with the Key stakeholders to gather customer requirements, translate them into dear requirements documents, write compelling business cases and proposals, and then implement those approved and prioritized by the IT steering Committee to deliver cost effective solutions. S/he will identify, develop, deploy and retain staff within the Directorate through effective talent management.

Master's

- Qualification & Experience: MSc Degree in Computer Science or related field of study, plus minimum of 12 years relevant experience out of which 3 years experience should be in managerial
- Skills Requirement: Knowledge of computer operation is mandatory
