• Required Qualification: BA/BSc any business field, and Takes MFI trainings like credit and loan delinquency management, IFRS, risk management, savings mobilizations,
• Work Experience and skills: 2 years on similar position or 4 years as senior Customer service office/operations officer Experience in MFI.
• Language skill: Knowledge of Sidama and Amharic languages skill is mandatory. Knowledge of other local language is advantageous.
