• BA Management, Public Administration, Business Management or related fields.
• At least 4 years experience on the Position.
• BSc in Textile Engineering/Garment Engineering and 6 years Factory working Experience on the position

• Report writing skill
• Strong set of personal Values including integrity, honesty and desire to be of service
• Basic Competencies: Desired Professional relatedness, necessary skill and experience required are paramount.
• Computer literate- able to use email, basic Excel and Word - processing
