Development Bank of EthiopiaVacancy AnnouncementPosition: Board SecretarySummary of Responsibilities:• The Board Secretary provides full range of administrative and executive services to the Board of Management (BOM) of the Bank, and act as the Head of the Board Secretariat Office. The job incumbent is also responsible for preparing agenda of meetings in consultation with Chairperson of the Board and thePresident of the Bank, distributing agenda of meetings to participants and taking minutes of the meetings of the Board & its Sub-Committees. Moreover, she/he is assigned as a custodian of BOM’s & its Sub-Committees’ minutes, agenda, various reports, and communication documents- Number of Vacant Post: 1- Employment condition: Permanent- Place of Work: Head Office

Bachelor's

Job Requirements:
• Masters Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Management, Accounting or other related fields with six years work experience out of which two years at managerial positions.
OR
• First Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Management, Accounting or other related fields with eight years work experience out of which two years at managerial positions.
• Three years relevant experience as Board Secretary /Secretary to Executive Management preferably in Banking Industry.

• Experience on exhaustive and substantial minute preparation both in English
and Amharic
• Excellent writing skill in English and Amharic
