• BA Degree in Procurement and Supplies Chain Management or business related field with 5 years of relevant experience

• Knowledge of government procurement directives
• Ability to identify and measure risks associated with procurement activities and set mitigating factors.
• Basic computer skills.
• Excellent Communication and Writing Skill
• Willingness to work under stress and ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong sense of honesty, integrity and belongingness,

Language: The applicant must have proven proficiency in Afan Oromo, Amharic and English Languages.
