Educational Requirements

Desired Skills

• Qualification & Experience: Master’s degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field ( Cooperatives Management and Development, Agri Business, Agricultural Marketing, Agricultural Economics, and related fields); and 3 years and above of relevant experiences,

Competency (Knowledge, skills, and other abilities)
• Demonstrated track record in providing human resource development and organizational development
• Knowledge and background in the use of statistical tools and research methods
• Extensive experience in the cooperative sector understanding the complex inter-related nature of the sector, and institutional strengthening.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and is able to negotiate with diplomacy and tact.
• Capacity to provide high quality reports in a professional and timely manner
• Exposure on delivering research outputs on the area of Cooperatives (Added Advantage)
• Age not more than 35 years

Language: The applicant must have proven proficiency in Afan Oromo, Amharic and English Languages.
