TANA Drilling and Industries PLCVacancy AnnouncementJob Title: Procurement ManagerResponsibilities: Major:• Will take a leadership role in executing effective and efficient procurement task activities; Coordinates all foreign purchase activities including obtaining foreign exchange permits, customs clearance, etc.; Plan and manage inventory levels through interactions and collaboration with others for long term production plan and targeted finished goods level.Key:• Should follow and handle the purchase of raw materials and other goods from the foreign market on the basis of specifications• Ensures the timely and correct securing of bank permits, the opening of letters of credit, bill of lading, insurance documents, etc• Should handle all relevant correspondence with suppliers, insurance companies and transit agencies to prompt delivery of goods, clearance of shipments, claims of short landing and /or damage• Oversees the proper custody of all records, purchase orders, shipping documents, bank and insurance documents- Application Deadline: January 15, 2019 - Duty station: Kality/Addis Ababa- Salary: Negotiable and as per company scale- Terms of Employment: Permanent

Bachelor's

• Educational Qualification: BA/MA in Procurement Management, Purchasing and Supplies Management, Business Administration and other related
• Work Experience: 10/8 years of Experience out of these 5/4 years at Managerial level
