COMMERCIAL DIRECTOR
Raya Brewery S.CResponsible for planning, development and implementation of all of the Organization’s marketing and sales strategies, marketing communications, and public relations activities, both external and internal, developing a successful marketing and brand portfolio strategy.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Overall Portfolio Development: ensuring a total portfolio of beer brands generating long term growth for the company.
- Consumer & Brand Marketing: Plan & execute above-the-line activities
- Customer & Channel Marketing: Plan & execute below-the-line activities
- Product Management: Planning, forecasting and development of product and POS
- Research: Assure sales analysis & reporting, market intelligence through market surveys
- Commercial Business Development: developing new commercial opportunities via own innovation or 3rd party partnerships /brands
- Management of licensed brands
- Work with the Board and Chief Executive to set the sales target for the year
- Manage the expenditure of the commercial budget across the year with the support of the Accounts Manager
- Managing of the sales team as well as the direct sales.
- Creating a relationship of partnership with the senior level executive of the company in order to identify and then pursue the different scopes for business development.
- Coordinating with the sales, marketing and executive team of the organization in order to make it function smoothly.
- Planning and executing of both short and long term revenue deriving strategies of the organization.
- Managing the different aspects of the commercial field of the organization.
- Providing the company with the driving force through successful handling of both short and long-term commercial ventures.
- Maintaining a strong grasp of the guidelines pertaining to the sales practices of the state and ensuring that the company adheres to these guidelines.
- Other duties commensurate with the level of the post, as determined by the Chief Executive
Job Requirements:
- BA Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing Management or related fields
- a minimum of 12 years of experiences of which 5 years is in a Managerial Position in an FMCG industry
- Very good command of English and Amharic
- good command of MS Office word , Excel and power point

DIRECTOR OF BUSINESS SERVICES
Raya Brewery S.CDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversight of company’s budgets and financial reports to proactively identify potential solvency issues and coordinate all departments fiscal oversight activities
- Review and certify interim budgets and prepare recommendations of approval
- Serve as the company liaison for audits; prepare related documents for audits and submit to the CEO as assigned
- Provide advice, support and oversight to the CEO in areas related to budgets, accounting procedures and practices, legal issues, training, projections, strategies, receipt of revenues, and payment of obligations, payroll and other finance-related matters.
- Assist the company to prepare revenue and expenditure forecasts and enrollment and attendance projections; provide company-wide budget assumptions for the development on interim budgets; prepare revised revenue forecasts as needed; assist the Business Services Department with the review, comparison and analysis of actual revenues and expenditures for each interim period; advise/assist in the preparation of interim documents including cash flows, multi-year projections, and company narratives.
- Assist the Business Services Department in the annual closing process; review, compare and analyze revenues, expenditures, outstanding obligations and receivables; assist with preparation of budget revisions, make recommendations, and determine company’s ending balances.
- Review, interpret and communicate legislative laws, and other legal issues to the company administrators and staff.
- Serve as a resource for the coordination of staff development of Raya Brewery S.C.
- Provide technical expertise, information and assistance to the Assistant Superintendent of Business Services regarding assigned functions; assist in the formulation and development of policies, procedures and programs.
- Communicate with other administrators, personnel and outside organizations to coordinate activities and programs, resolve issues and conflicts and exchange information; communicate with the public, press, and parents regarding concerns or questions.
- Attend and conduct a variety of meetings as assigned.
- Participate on special projects as directed.

- BA Degree or above in Accounting, Management, Business Management, Business Development, Public Administration, Economics or related
- 12 years of progress experience in a similar position out of which 8 years are in a managerial position
