1 MIE now invites registered contractors with Electro – Mechanical work of category 5 and above with in the following criteria

2 Renewed trade license for the year 2009 EC , VAT registration certificate and have Tax identification Number

3 Tender document can be bought with un-returnable 100 birr for each form MIE supply department at any working time from 17/10/2017 2:00 morning local time up to 31/10/2017 8:00 local time.

4 Bid security in the form of CPO Birr 50,000 (Fifty Thousand Birr only) is required

5 Sub-contractor is Prohibited

6 Price shall include all cost relating to customs duties taxes, fees and levies payable by the Tenderer

7 The tender shall complete the pricing sheet attached in BOQ of the tender document

8 One original and one copy of technical and financial document is required

9 Final data of submission of the financial and technical document is 31/10/2017 at 8:00 local time

10 Tender will be opened at MIE( ICI BU Supply office Mekelle) compound in 31/10/2017 at the same date 8:30 local time

11 Delivery period for the project is 30 calendar days for each project including mobilization and demobilization after site hand over

12 the bidder shall construct a temporary store and strongly advised to visit the site

13 Every required machine , Equipment, tools and consumable for PEB work shop erection  of the project  is to be supply by the MIE PLC

14 Cement and Rebar to be provided by MIE PLC

15 The bidder shall build a temporary Fence , Store can handle a minimum of 400 qtl of cement and office for supervisor

15 No claim whatsoever entertained will be arising out Tenderer’s failure to study the tender documents

16 Failure to comply with above submission procedure may invalidate the tender

18 MIE has the right to cancel the tender any timeÂ
