SAVE THE CHILDREN hereby invites competent contractors to submit a sealed tender for the following school and dry latrines construction works in Tigray Region

1. LOT – I , CONSTRUCTION OF CLASS ROOM , DRY LATRINE BLOCKS AND FLAG POLE IN K/AWLAELO WOREDA, (AT KIHEN PRIMARY SCHOOL ) TIGRAY REGIONAL STATES

2. LOT – II, CONSTRUCTION OF CLASS ROOM, AND FLAG POLE AT DEGUA HAGERE SELAM PRIMARYS SCHOOL AND DRY LATRINE BLOCKS AT MIHNI PRIMARYS SCHOOL IN DEGUA – TEMBIEN WOREDA, TIGRAY REGIONAL STATES

3. LOT – III, CONSTRUCTION OF CLASS ROOM, BLOCKS AND FLAG POLE AT BARIE-WERABAYE PRIMARY SCHOOL AND ECCD AND DRY LATRINE AT FRE KALSI PRIMARY SCHOOL IN DEGUA IN RAYA AZEEBO WOREDA TIGRAY REGIONAL STATES

4. LOT – IV, CONSTRUCTION OF CLASS ROOM, BLOCKS AND FLAG POLE AT WUJIRA - WERABAYE PRIMARY SCHOOL IN RAYA AZEEBO WOREDA TIGRAY REGIONAL STATES

5. LOT –V, CONSTRUCTION OF SIX DRY LATRINE BLOCKS TWO BLOCKS IN EACH AT ULAGA , HADUSH – KIGNI & KARSOLE PRIMARY SCHOOL IN RAYA AZEEBO WOREDA TIGRAY REGIONAL STATES

6. LOT –VI, CONSTRUCTION OF ECCD AND ONE DRY LATRINE BLOCKS AT AGERBA’A PRIMARY SCHOOL IN DEGUA –TEMBIEN WOREDA AND TWO DRY LATRINE BLOCKS AT HARENA PRIMARY SCHOOL IN ENDERTA WOREDA TIGRAY REGIONAL STATES

Bidders with GC/BC grade 7 and above civil works certificate may obtain the Tender Documents including the Tender Guidelines , General Condition , Contract Template, Specification and Bill of quantities and Drawings for each of the aforementioned activities against payment of a non-refundable Birr 100.00 (one hundred Birr) for each LOT from either of save the Children Country office at Addis Ababa or Save the Children Mekelle Field Office In Mekelle from January 12 ^Th , 2015 up to February 2^nd , 2015 between 8 – 11:30 Am and 1:30 - 4:00 PM hours from the following addresses :

Tender duty filled must be accompanied by:

• Renewed business license for the year 2007 EC

• VAT registration certificate and TIN Certificate

• Company profile showing past performance record on similar works and other relevant credentials

• Bid security for 2 % of bid amount in the form of CPO or bank guarantee in the name of Save the Children International .(Cash and In insurance bond are not accepted).

Bid must be put in wax – sealed envelope, clearly marked “ by bidders name, address , legal stamp and the lot number and name of particular site “ and submitted their technical and financial document in One(1) original and One (1) copy for both , all separately sealed (Four different envelop wax sealed ) at Save the Children to Address stated above in Addis Ababa or Tigray office before 4:00 p.M on February 2^nd , 2015

Bid will opened on Thursday February 04^th 2015 at 830 AM only at Save the Children Mekelle Office in the presence of bidders or bidder’s representative who wish to attend

Save the Children reserves the right to accept or reject the entire or partial part of this bid.
