1. Fana Youth Saving & Credit Cooperative invites all eligible and interested bidders for Supply and Implementation of IT Infrastructures of the under-listed items.

2. Interested and eligible bidders are invited to purchase the bidding document from Fana Youth Saving & Credit Cooperative (SACCO) head office having paid Non-refundable fee ETB 500.00 (Birr Five Hundred only) starting from October 01, 2024.
3. A copy of renewed Trade License, VAT Registration Certificate, and TIN Certificate and recent VAT declaration are required while submitting the bid document.
4. Bidders shall be presented as a bid security in the form of unconditional & irrevocable Bank Guarantee or cash payment order (CPO) at least valid for 120 days upon submission of the offer. At the same time, the bid validity shall be 90 days.
5. Bidders must submit the TECHNICAL and the FINANCIAL OFFER in separate envelopes in duplicate copies labeled as original and copies accompanied by a bid security in an acceptable form as stated in the bidding document.
6. The sealed bid document shall be placed in the box prepared for this purpose on October 17, 2024, up to 5:00 PM and at the place mentioned under No. 7 below.
7. Bid opening shall be conducted in the presence of the bidder or their legal representative at Fana Youth SACCO office (Kasattie Brhan building 2nd floor) on October 18, 2024@ 9:00 AM morning.
8. Failure to comply with any of the conditions stated above from No. 2 to 6 shall result in automatic rejection.
