SECTION I Bidders INSTRUCTIONS
All bidders must meet the minimum requirements listed below.
O Valid Tax Clearance
O Renewed Suppliers License (Federal or Regional)
O Renewed trade license
O Pervious month Vat Report
O Bids must be signed and stamped by authorized personnel
O Bids must be submitted in English/In Tigrigna
O Bid prices must be quoted in ETB and prices will remain valid for the three months.
O Bidders should prepared 15,000.00 (Fifteen thousand Birr) CPO/ in the name of Mums for Mums from authorized bank.
O Bidders can take the bid document by paying 200.00 birr from Mums for moms head office of finance, procurement & administration office, located near save the children.
O Bidder should supply the Mercenary and Accessory by their transportation and loading unloading costs to Mekelle City MUMS FOR MUMS Head office located Near Save the children Office in Hadnet Sub City.
O Bidder should supply the generator with in 15 Day after the contract is signed.
O Bidder should also prepared and submitted 10% contract security bond or C.P.O in the name of MUMS For MUMS from any authorized bank before Signing the contract.
O Bid submitted after the deadline will NOT be considered
O Electronic bids are NOT allowed
Complete tender documents must be submitted in sealed envelopes on or before the deadline as indicated on the first (cover) page of the tender document
SECTION II - DESCRIPTION OF required materials
Bidders must have Service registered for procurement of Construction materials
• Successful bidder(s) must be willing to provide materials for inspection when requested by Mum for Mums
o Supply must be road worthy.
o All ordered Supply must be equipped with essential safety goods:
• Successful bidders must be time honored with neat, clear and quality delivery.
o Bidders must submit a comprehensive the Mercenary and Accessory that meet the criteria/attached specification/.
Bidder must submit the materials by their own Transportation to the site described below.
Bidders must submit detailed price schedule for each Service's. Bidders are also required to include in its price schedule. The following table provides the detailed description and price schedule of the required.
