Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open tendering procedures contained in the public procurement proclamation of the government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and open to all bidders from eligible suppliers.

Eligible bidders should have a valid & renewed trade license & VAT certificate.

4. A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by any interested eligible bidders at the address above and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of against payment receipt of Birr 1,600 (One Thousand six hundred ETB)

5. Bids must be delivered to the above-mentioned address and before closing date and time.

6. Bidders must be accompanied by a bid security in the amount of equal to ETB 159,600.00 (One Hundred Fifty-Nine Thousand six hundred ETB) in the form of (CPO or Bank Guarantee. Lale bids shall be rejected.

7. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders or bidders' representatives who choose to attend at the above-mentioned address, date, and time.

8. Bidders are advised to submit their offer after examining the bid document carefully.
