invites sealed bids from qualified eligible bidders for the Procurement of Supply installation and Compilation of Telemetry at 10 different werdas, supply of Diver data Logger and supply of soil and geotechnic laboratory equipments who full fills the under listed requirements. Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedure as specified in the Government of Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia Procurement guideline financing by government.

Qualification requirements include.
1. ITB 3.2 (a) the bidder must demonstrate compliance with the criteria in ITB Sub-Clause 3.1, from: Mandated public body.
2. ITB 3.2(b)Renewed or valid trade license on the supply of those materials for the fiscal year 2012 tax clearance certificate , VAT declaration for the month of December 2012( Tahsas 2012), VAT registration, certificate, Tin Certificate ,suppliers registration certificate and any relevant professional practice certificate
3. ITB 18.1 The written confirmation of authorization to sign on behalf of the bidder shall initialed and approved by authentication office.
4. Bidders should submit their sealed bid documents for each lot one original” technical and one original financial documents in a separate envelopes and 2 (two) copies for each of technical and financial documents also must be provided in separate envelopes.
5. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased from Tigray water resource bureau upon payment of a non-refundable fee of ETB 200 on working days (Monday-Friday). Method of payment could be in cash or check against receipt.
6. Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before Megabit 28/07/2012 at 3:00 Local time. Electronic bidding shall not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected.
7. Bids will be opened physically on the same date at 3:30 Local time in the presence of the bidders' representatives who wish to attend in person at the address below.
8. All bids shall be accompanied with UN conditional bid Security or in the form of (CPO) for lot-1 birr 30,000.00 For lot-2 birr 5,000. The bid shall be valid for a period of 60 (sixty days) after bid opening plus 28 days beyond the bid validity period.
9. The bureau reserves the right to reject the bid fully or partially.
10. Bidding documents could be purchased during office hours 2:00-6:30 and 8:00-11:30 local time starting from newspaper published date at the address given below.
