Job Requirement
• 1st degree in Management, Accounting, Economics, Banking & Finance or related field. 4/2 years of relevant experience for 1st degree and 2nd degree holder, respectively.
• Assist in the development of HR strategic plan and HR policies and procedures
• Assist in HR demand and supply analysis; and participate in Job analysis, evaluation and grading and other HR studies.
• Manage staff transfer, training, promotion and recruitment activities
• Take and prepare minutes of assessment and selection of internal/ external recruitment and local training
• Conduct TNA and Impact Assessment
Skills & Abilities:
• Ability to plan, organize, prioritize
• Strong in communicating effectively
• Ability to form working relationships with people at all levels.
• Report writing
• Good Knowledge of basic computer applications.
• Prepare periodic HR progress/performance reports to concerned bodies
