- Qualification & Experience: Culinary Diploma, Attending HACCP Training, knowledge of diversified cuisines cooking, Good knowledge of leadership, skill in use computer Word & Excel, Good knowledge of English writing & communication, Able to prepare a daily report, working as DCDP 2 years in 4 & 5 star Hotel/resorts, working as CDP preferable
