Educational Background: BA Degree in Hotel Management

Work Experience & Preferable Skill:
• Minimum of 5 years of job experience in the Hotel Industry as Food & Beverage Manager or Assistant food and beverage manager.
• Good knowledge of food production, food and beverage control, and food and beverage service systems.
• Good working knowledge of Opera Software is an advantage.
