Enat Bank S.CVacancy Announcement Position: International Banking OfficerEssential Function:• Handles Incoming and Outgoing transfers,• Sign and countersign on transaction tickets, correspondence letters, SWIFT messages,• Release shipping documents by making endorsement,• Follows up on outstanding cases, control ledger account, expired L/C and related issues and communicates the customer accordingly,• Communicating foreign banks on day-to-day business relationship in order to obtain responses/clarifications timely and maintain healthy foreign banking correspondences,• Receives and check duly filled out form/ letter application ensure signature is verified,• Processes application for Forex transfers,• Ascertains and sign all documents and calculation are in good order,• Prepares swift messages,• Passes necessary entries.• Prepares reports of foreign exchange activities on daily weekly, monthly quarterly semi-annually and annually as appropriate,• Process import and export transaction,• Ensures that sufficient fund is available in the customer’s account which could cover the requested amount and bank charges,• Compiles forex bureau reports,• Performs other related duties as may be assigned by supervisor.- Salary: as per the Bank’s scale- Place of Work: Addis Ababa- Only short listed candidates will be communicated- Application deadline is October 27, 2018- The Bank has the right to cancel the post advertised

Job Requirements:
- BA in Economics, Accounting, Management, Business Administration, Business Information Systems, Management Information Systems and any other related fields with 3.5 years of experience in banking operation, of which at least 1 year as relevant officer position.
