II The bidder should secure a bid bond only through CPO of 2% of the total price (including VAT) only through recognized bank ( Pledging cash or other financial instrument are not allowed) .

III The Bidder should prepare and submit , both the technical and financial proposal in separate sealed envelop by making original and copy with detail information required as stated in the TOR or bid document. Bidding through own document is not allowed.

IV The bidder should fulfill all the minimum criteria stated in the TOR for participation in the bid competition  process.

V Information  -- 1 Eligible bidders can purchase bid document by paying nonrefundable birr 200.00 per document from Catholic Church Social Development Coordinator Office of Mekelle Administration section during working hours of the organization starting from November 08/2019 G.C up to Nov 18/2019 9:00 Am morning

2 Bid Must be submitted on November 18/2019 G.C between 9:30 – 10:00 am ( Morning from 3:30 – 4:00 local time ) only to the prepared bid box in ECC – SADCOAd Mekelle Office Hall . The bid will be officially closed at 10:01 am ( Local Time 4:01) on the same date

3 ECC- SADCOAd Mekelle will open the bid on the date Nov 18/2019 G.C at 10:30 Am morning (4:30 local time) At venue of ECC-SDCOAd Mekelle office Hall in the presence of bidders or designated representative and concerned committee of the office .

4 The office reserves the right to reject partially and / or whole bids at any level of bid processing
