HELVETAS Swiss Intercooperation is a registered Foreign Charity in Ethiopia (Reg. Certificate No. 0040), operating thematically in Rural Infrastructure, Natural Resource Management, Support to CSO and Local Governments, Skill Development & Education, and Emergency Response, and working geographically in Tigray, Amhara, SNNP and Oromla regions
HELVETAS in collaboration with the City of Zurich /CoZ and the Tirgay Region Bureau of Agriculture and Natural Resource, Social Affair & Rehabiliation & Disaster Risk Management Commission to implementing a project entitled Samre, Sehrti and Abrgele yechila Emergency Response (SSAER) Project in Samre and Sehart Woredas of South East Zone and Abrgele yechila Central Zone of Tigray National Regional State. This bid is floated to invite all interested and eligible bidders for the supply of Non Food Items NFIs to be used in the implementation of the project for IDPs returnees referred hereunder.

HELVETAS invites interested and qualified suppliers to submit their bids as follows:
1. Bid document entitled "Bid Document for the Supply of Non Food Items (NFIs)" can be obtained from HELVETAS Swiss Intercooperation office by paying non-refundable Birr 500 (Five Hundred Only).
2. The bid stay for seven consecutiv working days. (November 05 to 14 2024)
3. All offers must be submitted on or before 14th November 2024 9:00 AM in a wax-sealed envelope and addressed to:

4. Bids will be opened on 14th November 2024 10:00 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives at CONCERN World Wide Office
5. HELVETAS reserves the right to reject all or part of this bid without assigning any reason whatsoever.
Document Establishing Eligibility of the Bidders
6. Filled in "Bid Submission Form attached as Annex 01. Bids which are submitted without using this form is automatically rejectable.
7. Bid bond equivalent to 2% of the total bid amount including VAT prepared in the name of HELVETAS Swiss Intercooperation in the form of CPO or unconditional bank guarantee. Insurance bonds are not acceptable.
8. Bidding document signed and sealed on each page by the person who has signed on the documents referred under 3.5 (a), (b), (c), (d), (e) and (f) hereunder)
9. Renewed trade license and registrations.
10.VAT & TIN registration certificates
11. Tax clearance letter for the settlement of previous or current (if due at the time of bidding) government taxes.
