• The Alliance of Civil Society Organizations of Tigray (ACSOT) is legally registered by the Authority for Civil Society Organizations in accordance with Civil Society Organizations Proclamation No 1113/2019 with a registration No.1508 as an Ethiopian non for-profit, non-governmental organization. In accordance with the Accountings and Audit Board of Ethiopia/AABE/ Proclamation no 847/2014 and Civil Society Organizations Proclamation no. 1113/2019, ACSOT is required to submit an annual audit report at the end of each fiscal year.
•  Accordingly, ACSOT would like to invite qualified Audit firm to conduct auditing of ACSOT's Accounts for the year to be ended in December 2023 and the following three consecutive years. The Audit firm must be certified by and have authorization by the office of AABE. 

Eligibility Criteria

The following requirements should be fulfilled to participate in the bidding for the audit service and interested audit firms are kindly requested to submit their technical and financial proposals in a sealed envelope which includes:

•  Firm profile
• Copy of renewed /recent professional and/or business license
• Copy of certificate of compliance from the office of AABE
• Copy of TIN Certificate
• Have demonstrated experience in and evidence of auditing experience with NGOs/CSOS                                                                                          Scope of the service                                                                                The scope of service of the auditing service is indicated below: 
• he firm is required to audit ACSOT's financial statement for each fiscal year
• For the year 2023, the Audit firm is expected to audit 05 box files of accounting documents
• The major deliverables of the auditing services are a financial consolidated report and a management letter
  

ACSOT reserves the right to accept or reject the bid and the annual bidding process at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to bidders.                                                                                                           

• How to apply?

Applicant should submit their expression of interest and audit fee in a separately sealed envelope in person to ACSOT's office which is located at Hawelty Sub-city, Tabiya Selam, Egri Mitkal Building (Debredamo Area) Mekelle, Tigray within 7 working days after this announcement is made. In their proposal, bidders are kindly required to provide the fee for the audit service, the duration of the annual audit and the submission date of the final audit report.
