3. Forget Password Instructions

3.1. Requesting a forgot password

Forget Password Page If you do not remember your password, please use the ‘forgotten password’ functionality. Click on the forget link next to LOGIN and a forget password form will appear.

Enter your email address or username and click on the submit. If a match is found with your input then an email will sent automatically with a reset token to the email address. the token will only valid for 1 (One) hour only

An email containing a link to reset your password will be sent to your email address. This link will be valid only for 1 hour for security reasons. If you have not received any email from Milkta, please check your spam folder as Milkta emails may be considered as such.

the url will redirect to Milkta reset form with a new password entering and confirmation password fields appear

(New Password Request Form)

Click on the link provided in this email and follow the on-screen instructions to reset your password. Provide your new password and click on the Change password button.

Note

Hint make sure your new password matchs upper and lower cases letter and number

onces you fill the new password and confrmation password fields and click on the Change password button. it will redirect you to a login form with a successfull password change message

You should now be able to login with the newly created password.
