Qualification requirements include
ITB 3.2(a) The mandated public body for the registration of suppliers is: Ministry of Water Irrigation and Electricity or from Regional Water Resource Bureau.
ITB 3.2 (b) Renewed trading license on WWCC for the fiscal year 2010-2011EC, registration certificate from Ministry of Water Resource and Energy for the fiscal year tax clearance certificate, declaration for the month of November 2011E.C and VAT registration Tin number and any relevant professional practice certificates.
ITB 18.1 The written confirmation of authorization to sign on behalf of the Bidder shall consist of: Fully Initial and sealed bidding documents Bidders should have also required to submit one "Original "Financial and Technical documents in a separate envelopes and each 2(two) copies of Financial" and Technical documents also should have to be provided in separate envelopes, too.
1. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders upon submission of a written application to the address below and payment of a non-refundable fee of ETB 200. Method of payment will be in cash or check against receipt from Monday- Friday on working hours.
2. Bids must be delivered to the address on or before 26/6/2011 EC 3:00 local time Electronic bidding shall not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected. And Bids will be opened physically on the same date at 3:30 local time in the presence of the bidder's representatives who choose to attend in person at the address below. All bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Security (CPO) or unconditional bank guarantee of 20,000.00 in Ethiopian Birr
3. The bid security shall be valid for a period of 60 (sixty days) days after bid opening.
4. ITB 31 The bureau reserves the right to reject all or part of the bid.
