 SAVE THE CHILDREN  hereby  invites competent contractors to submit a sealed tender for the following school construction, works in Tigray Region States.

1. LOT – VII :  Construction Of Class Room block at Tsaeda Naele Kebele,  Megadien  primary school in  K/awlaelo woreda, TIGRAY REGIONAL STATES

Bidders with GC/BC grade 7 and above civil works certificate may obtain the Tender Documents  including the Tender Guidelines , General Condition , Contract Template, Specification and Bill of quantities and Drawings for each of the aforementioned activities against payment of a non-refundable  Birr 100.00 (one hundred Birr only) from  either of save the Children  Country  office at  Addis Ababa  or Save the Children  Mekelle Field Office In Mekelle from July 6 ^Th , 2015 up to July 26 , 2015  between   8 – 11:30 Am   and  1:30  -  4:00 PM  hours  from the following   addresses :

Tender  duty  filled must be accompanied by:

• Renewed business license  for the year 2007 EC
• VAT  registration  certificate and TIN Certificate 
• Company profile showing past performance record on similar works and other relevant credentials
• Bid security for   2%    of bid amount in the form of CPO or bank guarantee in the name of Save the Children  International .(Cash and In insurance  bond are not accepted).

Bid must be put in wax – sealed  envelope, clearly  marked  “ by bidders name, address , legal stamp and the lot number and name of particular site “  and submitted their technical and financial document in One(1) original  and  One   (1)  copy for  both , all  separately sealed (Four different  envelop wax  sealed  ) at Save the Children   to Address  stated above in Addis  Ababa or  Tigray  office before  4:00 p.M   on July 27^th    ,  2015 in the box prepared for this purpose at the reception.

Bid  will opened on Thursday  July 29^th  , 2015 at 8:30  A.M  only  at Save the Children Mekelle Office in the presence of bidders or bidder’s  representative who wish to attend.

Save the Children reserves the right to accept or reject the entire or partial part of this bid .
