Tigray National State Water Resource Bureau now invites sealed bids from qualified eligible bidders for Drilling & Pump test of Deep Wells at Wukro maray town through the budget allocated by Government. The bureau invites eligible bidders who will fulfill the under listed requirements to drilling bidders and Bidding will be conducted through the national Competitive bidding (NCB) procedure as specified in the guidelines for procurement under the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia.

ITB 3.2(a) the mandated public body for the registration of bidders is: Ministry of water, Irrigation and Electricity or from Regional Water resource bureau ITB 3.2 (b) Renewed trading license on WWCC, Renewed Registration Certificate from Ministry of Water Resource & energy for the fiscal year 2010 E.C., Tax clearance certificate, vat declaration for the month of June 2010E.C. vat registration certificate, tin number and any relevant professional certificates.
ITB 18.1 The written confirmation of authorization to sign on behalf of the Bidder shall consist of: Fully Initial and sealed bid documents in general Bidders should have to be provide one "Original Financial and Technical documents in a separate envelopes 2(two) copies of "Financial" and Technical documents also should have to be provided in separate envelopes , too.
1 . A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders upon submission of a written application to the address below and payment of a non-refundable fee of ETB 150.00 Method of payment will be in cash or check against receipt from Monday -Friday on working office hours starting from the news paper published date.
2. Bids must be delivered to the address below before or up to September 25, 2011 E.C 3:00 morning (local time) Electronic bidding shall not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected. And Bids will be opened physically on the same date at 3:15 morning (local time) in the presence of the bidders' representatives who choose to attend in person at the address below all bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Security (CPO) or unconditional bank guarantee of 50,000.00 (Fifty thousand birr only )in Ethiopian Birr.
3. The bid shall be valid for a period of 60 (sixty days) days after bid opening.
