OPEN INVITATION TO BID FOR STUDENT UNIFORM

1 The Inter national Rescue Committee, an international non-Governmental organization Shire Field office now invites open tender bids from qualified suppliers for purchase of Student Uniform . Bidders should have renewed license for the year 2014 ( which is for year 2007 E.C) and registration for paying VAT.

2 The tender documents, including the tender guidelines, bill of quantities , specification drawings and contract template, for the aforementioned activity can be purchased Birr 50.00 (Fifty birr only) , non –refundable , from the International Rescue Committee Shire Endasilassie Field office during working hours from Wednesday 17, December , 2014 until Tuesday 23 December 2014 inclusive. The International Rescue Committee Shire Endasilassie Field office is located at the down of commercial bank of Ethiopia in zeray Building near to IOM office or 200m away from CBE the way to Endabagununa .

3 One copy of bid , in separate envelops marked ‘ Original’ and ‘ Copy ‘ , should be submitted in a sealed cover d envelop to the address specified above by not later than 04:00 pm Tuesday, December 23, 2014. All bids should include the aforementioned tender documents and be accompanied by the firm profile , past performance record on similar works , schedules and other relevant credentials , as well as a bid security in the form of a Bank Guarantee or CPO amounting 1 % ( one percent) of the bid amount.

4 Bids will be opened in the presence of BIDDERS or their representative who choose to attend at 04:30 Pm Tuesday, December 23, 2014 at shire field office ‘s conference room.

5 The International Rescue Committee reserves the right to reject the whole or part of any or all bids.
