The tigray water works study ,design and supervision enterprise now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders of category GC-1/BC-1 with valid license for 2009 E.C with the relevant 2009 E.C construction license and valid for the construction works of the office building project.

Works shall be completed within 1095 calendar days from the commencement date of the works

Interested eligible bidders may purchase the bid document from The tigray water works study ,design and supervision enterprise up on presentation of valid and renewed trade licenses for the year 2009 E.C from The tigray water works study ,design and supervision enterprise at office no 9th on working hours and V.A.T registration against the imbursement of non-refundable fee of 500 ETB only within 30 calandar days from 10/02/2009 E.C to 9/03/2009 E.C

Bidders instructed to submit one original and two photocopies of all pages of their financial and technical proposal, each enclosed in separate envelopes.

All envelopes shall be sealed and inserted in a big envelope. The outer and inner envelopes shall bear the full address of the bidder.

Bids must be deposited in the tender box prepared for this purpose at The tigray water works study ,design and supervision enterprise on or before 9/03/2009 E.C at 8:30 in the afternoon.

All bids shall be accompanied by a bid bond, in the form of bank guarantee or CPO birr 500,000.00(five hundred thousand) which shall remain valid for 90 calendar days from the bid opening date and shall be presented in separate envelope. Bid bond in any other form shall not be accepted.

Bids shall be opened on the 9/03/2009 E.C at 9:00 LT afternoon at The tigray water works study ,design and supervision enterprise in the presence of the bidders or legal representatives who wish to attend.
