ITB 3.2(b) Renewed or valid trade license on WWCC for the fiscal year 2008, registration certificate from ministry of water, irrigation and electricity for the fiscal year , tax clearance certification , Vat declaration for month Megabit , 2008 VAT registration , Tin number , Suppliers registration certificate and any relevant professional practice certificate
