INVITATION TO BID

In line with our mission, we Action for Social Development and Environmental Protection Organization (ASDEPO) in partnership with its donors want to purchase Food Items for Tigray Region. South eastern zone, Tsirawenberta Woreda for conflict and drought affected communities. Hence, ASDEPO invites all interested & eligible bidders that are qualified, technically competent and have valid license for the current Ethiopian FY to participate on the bid.

Bidding Requirement

1. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open Tendering procedures contained in the Directives of the Organization and other Relevant Laws of the Country, and is open to all eligible bidders.
2. Bidders shall present a copy of renewed trade license, certificate of registration, tax clearance certification, VAT registration certificate and TIN registration certificate as part of technical proposal.
3. The bid document submission must be accompanied by a Bid Bond Amount of ETB 50,000 in the form of Unconditional Cashier's Payment Order (C.P.O) or Bank guarantee letter.
4. Bidders should indicate whether the price includes or excludes VAT/TOT.
5. Bid should be submitted in two separate sealed envelopes. Financial and Technical proposals, addressed to ASDEPO.
6. The envelopes should clearly indicate the Invitation to bid reference number "ASDEPO/ITB/007/2025"
7. Bid document must be deposited in the bid box prepared for this purpose at our Mekele field office on or before 5^th March, 2025 at 03:00 PM in the Afternoon.
8. Bid opening shall be held by 5th March, 2025 at 3:30 PM In the Afternoon with the presence of bidders and/or their representatives who want to attend.
9. Winners shall deliver the food item within a maximum of one week after awared letter (Contract agreement) is received.
10. Delivery location of the food item shall be at Agulae Town,Tsirawenberta Woreda. South Eastern Zone. in Tigray Region.
11. Failure to comply any of the conditions stated above shall entail automatic rejection.
12. The eligible bidders shall submit their Bid Quotation as indicated below.
