  1. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from Tigray Water & Energy Bureau, and inspect the bidding document during office hours [8:00 AM to 5:00 P.M] at the address given below.
  2. The bidding document in English may be purchased by interested eligible Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of birr 1,000.00. The method of payment will be in cash.
  3. All Bids must be valid for a period of Ninety (90) days after Bid opening and must be accompanied by bid security of birr ETB 300,000 in the form of unconditional Bank Guarantee, or CPO and they shall be delivered to the above office on or before bid closing date at (3:00 Local Time.) 09/03/2025.
  4. Bids must be delivered to the address below; bidders should offer one original and one Copy of technical and Two financial proposals sealed in separate envelopes as specified in the bidding documents to be provided.
  5. Bids shall be opened at (3:30 Local Time.) 09/03/2025 in the presence of the bidders or their representatives who wish to attend.
  6. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected
