Invitation of Bid Competition

Mekelle Chamber of Commerce and Sectorial Associations needs to purchase /procure office equipments/electronics i.e., New Laptop Computer and New Color Printer for office project works on open bid competition.

Therefore, those who fulfill the requirements can apply/ compete to supply within short period of time to the office of Mekelle Chamber of Commerce and Sectorial Associations.

a. The basic requirements are:

1. Renewed Certificate License which is relevant to the bid. (2016 or 2017 EC)

2. Tin and certificate of supplier.

3. Deposit CPO of ETB 10,000.00 before the bid opening.

4. The filled bid document should be submitted before the deadline sealed,

signed and stamped. It should be in English language.

b. The Chamber has the right to cancel the bid partialy, or fully if feels the competition is not fair and/ or due to budget limitation, or unclear specification.

c. The bid stays for 10 working days of chamber from date of posting the bid 13

January, 2025 G.C; up to 22 January 2025, then will be closed on 22 January, 2025 G.C morning at 10:00 AM.); and opened at that day morning at 11:00AM.
