Tigray Agriculture and Natural Resource Bureau through the government of Ethiopia has received (a Grant) from the African Development Fund (ADF) hereinafter called the Bank toward the cost of the Multi-Sectorial Approach for Stunting Reduction Project (MASREP), and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for: -procurement of Material Support Supply For Tree & phorage Nursery & Integrated Soil & Water Conservation
The bureau now invites sealed Bids from eligible and qualified bidders Having a VAT certificate, VAT declaration for the month of Oct, 2024, TIN No, renewed business license valid for 2024.

2. Bidding will be conducted through Open Competitive Bidding National procedures as specified in the Bank's Procurement Framework for Bank Funded Operations dated October 2015 and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Framework.
3. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from Tigray Agriculture and Natural Resource Bureau, and inspect the bidding document during office hours (8:30 AM to 5:30 PM) at the address given below.
4. The bidding document in English may be purchased by interested eligible Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of birr 500.00. The method of payment will be at ECB Acc no 1000539035658.
5. All Bids must be valid for a period of Fifty Six (56) days after Bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid security of birr on the above mention in the form of unconditional Bank Guarantee, or CPO and they shall be delivered to the above office on or before bid closing date at (9:30 A.m. 24/02/2025,
6. Bids must be delivered to the address below; bidders should offer one original and one Copy of technical and financial proposals sealed in Separate envelopes as specified in the bidding documents to be provided.
7. Bids shall be opened at (10:00 A.m. 04/02/2025, in the presence of the bidders or their representatives who wish to attend.
8. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected 9. The Bureau reserves the right to accept or reject all or parts of the bid.
