III. INTERVENTION PACKAGE
Consistent with its objective, Mums for Mums works on a range of interventions. Its intervention package comprises set of multispectral interventions and match the needs of women and girls, the development needs of the regional government.
IV. BID JUSTIFICATION
As such, Mums for Mums is currently running multiple projects partnering with several donors. In order to efficiently implement its programs and projects, it is looking for a competitive bidder that can Supply generator so interested suppliers can participate based on the following tender document structured as follows.
V. STRUCTURE OF THE BIDDING DOCUMENT
Mums for Mums tender document is comprised of the following sections:

All bidders must meet the minimum requirements listed
O Valid Tax Clearance.
O Renewed Suppiter's License (Federal or Regional) O Renewed trade license
O Pervious month Vat Report
O Vat Certificate
O Bids must be signed and stamped by authorized personnel
O Bids must be submitted in English/In Tigrigna
O Bid prices must be quoted in ETB and prices will remain valid for the three months.
O Bidders should prepared 50,000.00 (Fifty thousand Birr) CPO/ in the name of Mums for Mums from authorized bank.
O Bidders can take the bid document by paying 200.00 birr from Mums for mums head office of finance, procurement & administration office, located near save the children.
O Bidder should supply the generator by their transportation and loading unloading costs Mekelle City MUMS FOR MUMS Head office located Near Save the children Office in Hadnet Sub City.
O Bidder should cover the transportation and installation costs.
O Bidder should supply the generator with in three weeks after the contract is signed.
O Bidder should also prepared and submitted 10% contract security bond or C.P.O in the name of MUMS For MUMS from any authorized bank before Signing the contract.
O Bid submitted after the deadline will NOT be be considered
O Electronic bids are NOT allowed

SECTION-DESCRIPTION OF required materials
Bidders must have Service registered for procurement of Construction materials
Successful bidder(s) must be willing to provide materials for inspection when requested by Mums for Mums
o Supply must be road worthy.
o All ordered Supply must be equipped with essential safety goods:
o Successful bidders must be time honored with neat, clear and quality delivery.
O Bidders must submit a comprehensive the generator that meet the criteria/attached specification/.
o Bidder must submit the materials by their own Transportation to the site described below.
Bidders must submit detailed price schedule for each Service's. Bidders are also required to include in its price schedule. The following table provides the detailed description and price schedule of the required.

SECTION 3 - SPECIAL PROVISIONS
• Bidders are informed that upon the Issuance of Contract Award Notification to the most responsive bidder a Purchase Order will be issued and payment will be made in accordance with Mums for Mums
• Mums for Mums reserves the right to request additional information from prospective bidders and reject any bids that do not meet its minimum requirements without any liability, or when considered to be in the best interest of the agency and/or the people it serves.
