- Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open tendering procedures contained in the public procurement proclamation of the government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and open to all bidders from eligible suppliers.
- Eligible bidders should have valid & renewed trade licenses & VAT certificates.
- Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and clarification from Tigray Region Electric Utility (TREU) and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below. - A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by any interested eligible bidders at the address above and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of against payment receipt of Birr 300.00 (Three hundred ETB).
- Bids must be delivered to the above-mentioned address before the closing date and time
- Bidders must be accompanied by bid security from lot number 1 to 3 in the amount equal to ETB 100,000.00 (One Hundred Thousand ETB) for each lot, from lot number 4 to 12 in the amount equal to, ETB 70,000.00 (Seventy Thousand ETB), & for lot Number 13 & 14 in the amount of equal to, ETB 50,000.00 (Fifty Thousand ETB), in the form of (CPO) or Bank Guarantee. Late bids shall be rejected
- Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders or bidders' representatives who choose to Attend at the above-mentioned address, date, and time.
- Bidders are advised to submit their offer after examining the bid document carefully.
- Tigray Region Electric Utility (TREU) reserves the right to reject all or partial bids without assigning any reason thereof.
