3. Bidders must submit technical and financial documents separately 101 in two copies by coming in person to Messebo Cement Factory head office in Mekelle.
Bids will be closed on 25/05/24 at 10:00 AM and opened on 25/05/24 at 10:15 AM European time in the presence of interested bidders or their representatives who choose to attend to the above-mentioned office.
