Bidders must submit technical and financial offers in two copies separately by coming in person to Messebo head office in Mekelle.

Bids will be closed on Dec 07/12/2023 at 10:00 AM G.C. during office hours and will be opened on Dec 07/12/2023 at 10:15 AM (European time) in the presence of interested bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at the above-mentioned office.

Bids must be accompanied by a bid guarantee of 100,000.00 in the form of C.P.O or bank guarantee.
