Bidders with BC/GC grade 7 and abovemay obtain the Tender Documents including the Tender General Condition , Contract Template, Specification and Bill of quantities for each of the aforementioned activities against payment of a non-refundable Birr 100.00 (one hundred Birr) for each LOT from save the children international Ethiopia Mekelle Field and Axum from November 20,2023 between 8:30 – 12:00 Am and 2:30 - 5:30 PM hours from the following addresses :

Tender duty filled must be accompanied by:

• · Renewed business license and competency certificate for the year 2015/2016 EC
• · Renewed competency certificate (COC) for 2015/2016 E.C
• · VAT registration certificate
• · Company profile showing past performance record on similar works and other relevant credentials
• · Bid security in the name of Save the Children International for 2 % of bid amount in the form of CPO or bank guarantee valid at least for the three month from the date of bid opening (Cash and In insurance bond are not accepted).

Bid must be put in sealed envelope, clearly marked “ by bidders name, address , legal stamp and name of particular site and Lot Number “ and submitted their technical and financial document in One(1) original and One (1) copy for both ,(different envelop) for each lot all sepreately wax-sealed to Save the Children to Address stated above in Axum office or on November 20, 2023 before 3:00 PM

Bid will opened on November 20/2023 at Save the Children Axum office at 3:30 PM in the presence of bidders or bidder’s representative who wish to attend

Save the Children reserves the right to accept or reject the entire or partial part of this bid.
