  1.  Bidders must submit their technical and financial offer in two copies separately by coming in person to MCF plc head office in Mekelle or A.A liaison office, Yeah Building 2nd floor .
  2.  Bids will be opened on January 19,2016 at 5:00 PM  G.C (European time) in the presence of interested bidders or their representative who choose to attend the above mentioned office.
  3. Bid must be accompanied by bid guarantee of Birr 2% of the total price in the form of C.P.O
  4. All bids that come after Closing date of the tender will be immediately rejected
