National Bank of Ethiopia Vacancy AnnouncementPosition: Events & Protocol Manager Job Responsibilities• Plans, organizes, directs and coordinates event and protocol management activities of the Bank.• Manages bank-wide events (press conferences, bank-wide staff meetings, project launching ceremonies, discussion forums, stakeholders meetings, award ceremonies, national holidays, seminars and workshops, exhibitions, visits, or press tours, etc.,) and serves as master of events• Process permits for visiting delegations/ guests for their travel in and around the country• Assist in processing privileges and immunities of guests.• Monitors provision of protocol services.• Coordinates and facilitates reception services.• Facilitates various meetings• Manages staff refreshment programs• Monitors photographing and video taking of important moments of major events• Follows up the maintenance of photographs, audios, and videos database related to major events of the bank.How to Apply• Interested and qualified applicants should pick structured application format at the gate of the Bank (or download from its website), complete all mandatory parts and send the application with copies of essential documents including Grade 8 certificate, using the bellow mentioned address within five working days after the first advertisement date. Job Requirement
• 1st Degree or equivalent in Marketing Management, Journalism, Language and Literature, Public Relation and Communication or related fields and 7/5 years of relevant work experience for 1st degree and 2nd degree holder, respectively.
• Strategic thinking, ability to plan, organize, prioritize, Strong in communicating effectively, Critical thinking & active listening, Report writing, Good Knowledge of basic computer applications.
• Age limit: Not exceeding 45 years
