He / She also perform daily routine network issues and assists end users for any network related connectivity problems. He/She also participates in network configuration tasks that is assigned by his / her supervisor.

Bachelor's

Job Requirement
- BSc Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems or related disciplines Plus, a minimum of three (4) year experience of in network infrastructure service.

• CCNA certification is required(Mandatory)
• Additional certifications from Microsoft or any other industry is that is related to networking is advantageous.
• Experience in Microsoft Windows servers and network monitoring tools.
• Good Knowledge of networking, including: TCP/IP, Ethernet, WAN, Switching and Routing, Network service Protocols and Active Directory, LDAP

3-5 years
