Enat Bank S.CVacancy Announcement Position: Manager, Trade Service DivisionEssential Function:• Facilitate and coordinate the general operation of Trade Service Activities, propose new and better way of handing TS products and services,• Improves the existing,• Carry out intensive marketing work to attract more customers to the bank,• Closely monitors and supervises the timely submission of reports to NBE and others,• Participate and contribute ideas and suggestions in the development of international banking operational plan,• Prepare progress reports on the performance of trade services/ and make correspondences related to trade services activities with all stake holder,• Supervises coaches’ monitors and leads team members,• Manage controllable expenses, cross sell the bank’s products etc.• Receives, checks, and ensure workability of export L/C instruments,• Receives and checks export L/C documents against the terms and condition and ensures that documents are presented accordingly,• Approves import and export permits as well as purchase orders,• Makes sure that the L/C instrument and reimbursement authority message are transmitted via SWIFT to advising and reimbursing correspondent banks,• Makes sure that appropriate accounting entries are made,• Checks and counter signs transaction tickets,• Ensures that all forex payments are duly approved by the concerned before processing,• Ensures that computations of charges and commissions were carried out in accords with the terms and tariffs of the bank,• Ensures that forex denominated values are converted into birr using applicable exchange rates,• Maintains files and insures safekeeping of all documents related for forex approvals,• Perform other related duties as may be assigned,- Salary: as per the Bank’s scale- Place of Work: Addis Ababa- Only short listed candidates will be communicated- Application deadline is October 27, 2018- The Bank has the right to cancel the post advertised

Bachelor's

Job Requirements:
- MBA/MA/MSc in Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Banking & Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Management, and any other related fields with 7.5 years of experience or BA in the same fields with 9.5 years of experience in relevant fields in banking industry, of which 2 years in senior officer position in foreign banking operation.
