ተደላይይ ክእለት	• Education: BA or Masters in HR related field is desirable • Experience: 10 years and above, (3 - 5 years’ experience in Managerial position and preferably who works in manufacturing company) • Demonstrate Negotiation and problem solving skills. • Good Knowledge of organizational policies. • Ability to maintain performance expectations in highly demanding situations. • Familiar with public relations.
