ተደላይይ ክእለት	- Qualification: College (10+3) Diploma in Secretarial Science and Office Management - Experience: 10 years of which 4 years should be as executive secretary in corporate level organization Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: • Considerable knowledge of business correspondence, report writing and record management • Tact ,discretion and diplomacy skills • Ability to solve problems independently and have sound judgment. • Ability to use standard office equipment and software packages. • Ability to take minute and transcribe dictations rapidly and accurately • Ability to maintain complex records • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationship with other employees • Reliable and Trust worthy
