ትምህርቲ ደረጃ	Master's
ተደላይይ ክእለት	Job Requirement • Minimum of master’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, International Development or other relevant field of study, obtained from a recognized University • At least ten (10) years of experience in the management of partnerships involving donors, of which 5 years should be in a senior position. • Experience in international development, including working in resource mobilization for multilateral and bilateral development partners, philanthropic organization, private foundations or NGOs. • Experience in finance. • Professional certification and other advanced training in resource mobilization, donors’ procedures and compliance and grants management software • Excellent partnerships & grants management skill and ability to build relationships with government counterparts, development partners, civil society agencies and private sectors • Demonstrated ability to manage complex tasks involving multiple stakeholders.
