| መብርሂ | Company: Hulegeb Online Solution PLCPosition: Account Receivable ClerkAn Account Receivables Clerk’s main responsibility will be Securing revenue by verifying and posting receipts; resolving discrepancies and performing the following tasks;• Maintaining accounts receivable files and records by recording invoices & reports from sales branches.• Posts revenues and deposits from branches and customer payments by recording, verifying and entering cash & checks• Updates receivables by totaling uncollected revenues and unpaid invoices.• Investigating and resolving any irregularities or inquiries of account receivable discrepancies by obtaining and investigating information from sales and outsourced agents.• Resolves valid or authorized deductions by entering adjusting entries.• Summarizing receivables, Verifying totals, performing account reconciliations and producing monthly receivable and collection reports.• Protects organization's value by keeping the information confidential.• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.• Accomplishes accounting and organization mission by completing related tasks as needed.NB.
