ተደላይይ ክእለት	- Education: BA in Human Resource Management/Management or related fields - Experience: 1 year relevant experience Competency: • Basic knowledge of HRM principles and practices; • Basic knowledge of the labor law and company HRM policies and procedures; • Basic knowledge of induction and training programs coordination; • Basic oral and written communication skills; • Ability to work in a team environment; • Basic computer application skills.
