ትምህርቲ ደረጃ	Bachelor's
ተደላይይ ክእለት	Basic Requirements • Minimum MSC or Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Information Systems, Information Technology, Engineering or related field. • At least 5 years for BSC or 3 years for MSC of relevant experience as a help desk technician/officer or other customer support role
