ትምህርቲ ደረጃ	Bachelor's
ተደላይይ ክእለት	Minimum Work Experience and Educational Qualification Requirements: • BA in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management, Project Management or related fields • 4 years relevant experience out of which 2 years as a Credit Analyst or in equivalent positions • Computer application skill • People’s Management skill • Knowledge and skill in organizing and leading business firms • Industry specific skills (products and services) • Leadership skill • Emotional Intelligence • Data analysis and presentation skill • Strategic thinking and strategic planning skill etc.
