BSc/BA /MSc in Information and Database Management or related field.

Minimum 8 years (MSc) / 10 years (BSc) in program information and database management system; demonstrable work experience of increasing involvement and responsibility in database management or analysis; previous database management or analysis experience; Monitoring and Evaluation experience is desirable
