S/he undertakes market research and studies with the view of increasing the market share of the Bank and improves customer service satisfaction; assists in the development of new bank products and/or improves existing ones by introducing and maintaining the bank’s brand; gathers information on the opinions/perception/comments of customers and prepares analytical reports.Place of Work: Addis Ababa
ትምህርቲ ደረጃ	Bachelor's
ተደላይይ ክእለት	• Qualification & Experience: BA Degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Banking & Finance, Economics plus a minimum of 6 years relevant work experience, with a minimum of 2 years as a marketing officer
